2 Storey Commercial Building

January - February | 2026

Directed the site operations for a high-utility 2-storey commercial building. This project required a shift from residential craftsmanship to commercial- grade durability and safety compliance. My role focused on structural integrity, large-scale utility integration, and managing a fast-tracked timeline to meet the client’s operational launch date.

Project Detail Figure 1

Core Responsibilities & Impact:

• Advanced Structural Management: Supervised the installation of commercial-grade foundations, roof framing and railings designed for high-occupancy loads.
• Morale & Leadership: Rebuilt the trust of subcontractors and laborers who had been left without clear direction. I stabilized the human element of the site to ensure the physical build could resume.
• Timeline Reclamation: Developed a "recovery schedule" to make up for lost time caused by management turnover, successfully hitting the final delivery dates.
• Accountability Audit: Re-established the chain of command and safety protocols, ensuring the project moved from a state of "survival" to a state of "excellence."

Stepping into these roles during a management vacuum taught me that integrity is what happens when the blueprints are messy and the crew is tired. I don't just manage buildings; I manage the momentum. I am the person who stays until the keys are handed over, regardless of how the project began.

2 Storey Residential Renovation

October - December | 2025

Lead the end-to-end site management of a contbuild. This role required a high-stakes balance of technical oversight, subcontractor coordination, and strict adherence to structural blueprints. From the roofing to the final product, I was the boots-on-the-ground anchor for the project.

Core Responsibilities & Impact:

• Trade Coordination: Directed a diverse team of carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers.
• Product Development: Mastering the essential tools needed to bring a concept through the digital prototyping phase.
• Regulatory Compliance: Acted as the primary point of contact for building inspectors, ensuring every phase of the 2-storey structure met or exceeded local safety codes.
• Timeline Accountability: Developed and adjusted the "Critical Path" schedule to account for weather shifts and labor availability, ensuring the project moved forward daily.

I manage sites with Radical Accountability. I believe that a manager’s job isn't just to give orders, but to anticipate the friction points of a build and smooth them out before they impact the client’s vision.
